Domestic Shipping

Book: Threads and Layers

Most orders will ship within one week, and you will receive tracking information upon shipment of your item. All orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail, and please note that it may take up to 24 hours after your order is shipped to see tracking updates.

Limited Edition

Unless specified, orders of the limited edition will require a signature upon delivery. They are insured to cover any damages that may occur during transit. Please note that the insurance does not cover theft, and so the book is shipped with signature confirmation to mitigate this risk.

There are no upcharges on any of the shipping costs, and the prices reflect the total of shipping and quality packaging to protect the product.

International Shipping

If you need to have your order shipped outside of the U.S., please email me to arrange: saragardenarmstrong@gmail.com. International orders will be shipped as merchandise, and cannot be shipped as gifts in order to avoid customs charges. The customer will be responsible for picking up your item if customs in your country holds it for some reason. The customer is responsible for researching customs costs before purchasing, and it will be the responsibility of the customer to cover these charges.

Please note that shipping, including tracking, signature confirmation, etc., on international orders can be very expensive ($75 and up!) so be prepared for these costs if you want these with your international shipping order.  

Returns

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please let me know right away and I will be happy to offer a replacement or refund. Please note that these requests must be made within 14 days of the delivered date provided by USPS. Depending on the nature of your return, I may request that you send a photo of the damage or mail the item back. The customer will be responsible for paying shipping fees in this case.

Packaging

All orders are in shrink-wrap for water resistance and packaged in sturdy cardboard mailers.
