“Third Emerging Expression Biennial: The Third Dimension and Beyond”
The Bronx Museum of Art, New York, New York

Room-sized kinetic sound sculpture utilizing computerized control units for movement, light and sound compositions. Large sprayed pulp forms are linked to the air blower boxes with flexible plastic hoses, from which digitally synthesized blower sounds are generated along with the mechanical blower sounds to simulate a breathing mechanism. Sound, switching and lighting control computer units are located in a control box. Lenses hang next to skins on a steel rack while abstracted back forms face the wall with lighting inside the wall.

Materials: sprayed abaca forms, hoses, metal, plastic lenses, blower boxes, computer-driven switching, digitized blower sound, computer-run lighting.
